Customized massage sessions to meet your specific needs. An overall body massage using a lotion that also includes some focus work. Techniques that may be used include, deep tissue, relaxing Swedish, shiatsu, hot stones, cupping and Thai stretches. Feel free to select one or more Add Ons for your treatment session. Ashiatsu/Barefoot Bar Massage
A barefoot massage technique in which the therapist delivers deep, broad, consistent pressure while utilizing their feet and body weight. Working with gravity instead of against it, the therapist is able to provide an effective therapeutic massage without causing pain or discomfort to themselves or the receiving client. If you love deep tissue massage this is the technique for you!

Hot Stone Massage
Full body massage is done while the therapist uses heated basalt stones. Deeply relaxing and helps reduce tension in tight and sore areas of the body. Essential oils are included providing an amazing getaway from everyday stress.

Lymphatic Drainage Massage
This massage consists of long, rhythmic feather-like strokes and light shaking of the lymph system which runs all over the body. This technique is deeply relaxing. No oil/lotion is used. Aids in detoxifying the body, improving circulation and digestion, and can aid weight loss efforts. It can help improve the immune system and is great after a medical procedure or recovery from illness. This technique DOES include light massage of the breast tissue (through a sheet) by a certified massage therapist.

Prenatal Massage
Prenatal massage, is a therapeutic massage specifically designed for pregnant women to provide relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being during pregnancy. Side-lying positions and laying face up on an angle is provided with plenty of pillows and bolsters for support. If there are any concerns or complications please get permission from your doctor before booking.

Thai Yoga Massage
Massage and stretching techniques from Thailand. Improve alignment, flexibility, and range of motion. Leave the session feeling rejuvenated. This is done with clothes on and is a great option for modest clients. This technique is performed on a padded floor mat. The benefits of working on the floor allow the therapist to stretch the client without the constraints of a massage table. Clients generally feel refreshed and energized after a session. Session times range from one to two hours. The longer the better for long-lasting benefits!
